Are you a lover of cookbooks, eager to try new recipes, or looking to share your kitchen wisdom with others? Cookbook Club is a monthly gathering where we discuss a different cookbook each month. We meet in the Geneva Demonstration Kitchen to study, discuss and cook!

This month we will being to study "The Food Lab: Better Home Cooking Through Science" by J. Kenji Lopez-Alt.
