The Ashtabula County District Library is organized as a “county district” library in accordance with Chapter 3375, Section 19 of the Ohio Revised Code. Its trustees are qualified electors of the library district or county. Three are appointed by the judges of the court of common pleas and four are appointed by the county commissioners.
