Love movies the way you love books? Join our movie club, designed just like a book club- only with films. For each meeting, participants will watch a selected movie (or all of them) on their own, then come together for a guided discussion. This meeting's selections will be the baseball comedy movies "Bad News Bears", "Major League", and "A League of Their Own". DVD copies are available at the Geneva circulation desk. Conversations will focus on themes, characters, storytelling, and cinematography. Whether you're a casual viewer or a film buff, this club offers a relaxed space to share perspectives, discover new favorites and enjoy thoughtful conversations around great movies.
