Ryan Whelpley

Ryan Whelpley is a Geneva native and a second-generation employee of the Ashtabula County District Library.  He graduated from Geneva High School and Kent State University, and received a Master of Library Science degree from Clarion State University.  Ryan previously served as Manager of the Geneva branch before becoming the Ashtabula Branch Manager in September 2021.
