Josephine Misener

“The Library is an important part of the community and I would like to be a part of its future,” says Misener. She comes to the ACDL Board of Trustees with experience in both business and local government. Misener owned and operated a business, was a retail manager, and has served on city council as President, Vice President, and Ward Councilman. She has also served as President of the Ashtabula Downtown Development Association.
