Carmen Hamper

Carmen Hamper is an attorney and Guardian ad Litem.

She is a human rights advocate and volunteers with several anti-trafficking organizations in Northeast Ohio.

She believes in community and spends time volunteering with local organizations and serving as a mentor with Torchlight Youth Alliance.

She believes in libraries and loves reading and learning new things. She lives in Saybrook with her amazing family.
