Sponsorship of Programs Policy

Sponsorship of Programs. The Board welcomes sponsorship of Library programming from individuals and groups including but not limited to businesses and service organizations. 

Sponsors must be approved by the Board or the Library Director. A statement of the sponsor’s name and a display of its logo may appear on the Library’s promotional materials for the sponsored program and a verbal announcement will be made at the beginning of the program. 

Sponsors may not use the Ashtabula County District Library’s name or logo in their own advertising in any manner that would suggest an endorsement by the Library or the Library Board. Any advertising of the sponsored event by the sponsor must be preapproved by the Library Director or Library Board.
