Library Spokesperson Policy

The Library Director or a designated qualified staff member shall have the responsibility for coordinating the Ashtabula County District Library system's public relations and public information activities.

Emergencies 

The only sources authorized to speak with the media on behalf of the Library during a physical or social emergency are the Library Director and/or the President of the Library Board of Trustees.
