Studio Group Visit Request

Any number of people over 4 is considered a group visit to The Studio.

Adult Consent

We consider any number of people over 4 a group visit. I understand that least 1 adult must be present the entire visit.

Use Agreements

I understand that Use Agreements will need to be signed in for each group member (or their responsible adult if under the age of 18). This requirement is waived for school visits ONLY, per Ohio Guardian ad Litem law.
