Homeschoolers in grades 1-8 are invited to the library for hands-on STEAM experiments and Art Literacy.  Each week we’ll either do a hands-on STEAM project, or study and create art using literature to guide us.

Chill, plant, repeat. Learn how to grow plants and build your own mini apothecary while staying grounded and brewing herbal creations! 

Teens and Tweens in grades 6-12 will combine technology with creativity to create cool art projects such as puzzles, stickers, and more!  Registration is strongly encouraged.

Cool off from the heat, teens and tweens in grades 6-12 can meet at the library and game with their friends! Play PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series S; games are already installed, just bring a friend!

Help your child develop strong early literacy skills and a love of lifelong learning. Children enjoy stories & rhymes, sing songs, practice fine motor skills, and learn to play and share with others.

Bring your Preschooler to our Rhythm Band.  We'll study rhythm by using our hands, feet, voices and hand-held rhythm instruments!

Have a Project you want help with? Come to the Studio to learn more and get help, no appointment needed. Bring your idea and any materials and we can help you create your project. 

Teens and Tweens grades 6-12 get to make cool crafts each week like magic wands, macramé wall hangings, backpack charms and more!

Each week teens and tweens in grades 6-12 get to compete in ESports like Mario Kart World, Super Smash Brothers, Madden26, NBA2k26 and more!

Studio time for teens who wish to work on or complete Studio creations here after school.

Studio Charges will apply. Walkin work time for personal and custom projects. 

ACDL Bookmobile will be visiting the students at the Ashtabula Area City School's Afterschool Discovery program's "Discovery Cove."   A story time will be provided as well as access to the Bookmobile's services. 

Come meet the artists behind the Student Art Show!  Artwork will be displayed all of May in the William Tokarczyk Exhibition Gallery.  All welcome! Refreshments provided.

Join the Bula Movie Club for an after hours showing of "Sherlock Holmes"! Popcorn and drinks provided.
