Celebrate the holiday season with ACDL!  Make holiday cards, ornaments, and other fun holiday crafts while enjoying hot chocolate and listening to holiday music. 

Babies and toddlers will explore a variety of sensory items in a safe space. Sensory tiles, sensory stones, and more will be available.  

Homeschoolers in grades 1-8 are invited to the library for hands-on STEAM experiments and Art Literacy.  Each week we’ll either do a hands-on STEAM project, or study and create art using literature to guide us.

Children in grades K-5 face a new design challenge each week!  Teams work together to brainstorm, build, and test a solution to the weekly challenge using only the supplies provided. Will your design win the day?

Kids in grades K-5 work together to solve a new STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) project or challenge each week! Code a robot mouse to solve a maze, create a catapult, or design a boat that really floats!  

Bring your Preschooler to our Rhythm Band.  We'll study rhythm by using our hands, feet, voices and hand-held rhythm instruments!

ACDL Bookmobile will be visiting the students at the Ashtabula Area City School's Afterschool Discovery program's "Discovery Cove".   A storytime will be provided as well as access to the Bookmobile's services. 

Kids in grades K-5 are invited to join us one Friday a month to make fun crafts.  All materials will be provided.  

Holiday Bingo and Jingle Bell Bash!

Play Holiday Bingo and stay for the party. We will have food, crafts, games, a toy raffle and Santa!

Bookmobile Staff will be at Carol's Corner Child Care every third Monday presenting Storytime Programming for Children at Carol's Corner.

We ask that attendees bring an inexpensive "white elephant" prize to share.
