Tech Help

The staff at the Ashtabula County District Library are happy to answer any questions we can about technology — whether it’s giving you help with using the library’s public computers, walking you through borrowing an ebook, or helping you get familiar with the library’s databases, we’re glad to help.

One-on-one instruction can be arranged in advance by appointment with the Reference staff at the Ashtabula building or at the Geneva Library you may Book a Librarian by contacting the Geneva Library for a one-on-one session. At the Ashtabula building, we have “Tech Thursdays” from 2 to 4 p.m. where help is available on a first-come, first-served basis as well.

To help you learn better, we encourage you to practice hands-on with your own devices, but in the event a staff member might be able to give instruction using your device, we do ask that you sign the Technology Release & Waiver below.
