Build a Better World through our Summer Reading Club programs. Learn about checking out passes at the library for the Ashtabula Arts Center‘s Straw Hat Theatre and for the OH WOW! museum in Youngstown.  Blast off with NASA @ Your Library. Try your hand at Spencerian script. Find ways to get involved in your community at the Cause Fair. Volunteer at the library, learn about substance abuse prevention, or attend one of our Spanish-language programs. And lots more!

ACDL goes “Fine Free”! Read up on the “Native Voices” touring exhibit coming to Ashtabula in 2018. Sing your heart out with a kids’ karaoke program, or enjoy a Galactic Movie Marathon during our month-long celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Star Wars® movie that started it all. Find out about our Drone Pilot Academy, Walk Aerobics for seniors, or learn some “Interesting Facts about Ashtabula County” — and that’s only a small sample of all that’s happening in May.

Learn about our new director, Penny Neubauer and the bright future she sees for ACDL. Celebrate Read Across America Week, National Library Week, and National Poetry Month with library events and programs. Participate in the Friends of the Library book sale, teen Library Advisory Board, storytimes, or the video game tournament.
