Apply for a borrower's card at the Ashtabula County District Library..

Web Registrations, or "WebReg", allows people to pre-register for an ACDL borrower card over the Internet.  Complete the form below, then visit the ACDL branch of your choice to pick up your free Library Card!  It's that easy!

  1. Complete and submit this online application for your library card.  We will handle the paperwork!

  2. Visit your nearest Ashtabula County District Library location. (Location & Hours)

  3. At the circulation desk, inform the staff that you registered for a library card online.

  4. Show photo I.D./proof of address to verify your identity. (What are acceptable documents?)  

  5. Sign the registration form and pick up your free library card!  Library cards for children under 18 years old must be picked up and signed for by their parent or legal guardian.  Your card will be valid at the Ashtabula Public Library, the Geneva Public Library, the County Bookmobile's Community Stops, and will be accepted at most public libraries in Ashtabula County.
